The Equality and Diversity Team is the corporate equalities team, supporting managers and staff around equality and diversity issues and helping the authority meet its legal obligations on race, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation and religion and belief.

The team’s role is to advise and support staff across the authority to deliver on the authority’s Equality and Diversity agenda. The team’s mission is to make sure Nottingham City Council reaches its equalities performance targets in relation to services and employment.
