Employee issues

The Equality and Diversity Team is presently working with a range of different employees who have expressed a wish to set up Employee Focus Groups – these groups will also be able to help the authority to measure the impact of its employment policies and practices.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Employee Network

The meeting dates for 2008 are:

For employees who wish to be informed of relevant legislative updates and any work that is taking place corporately that may be of interest to them.
