Sports Development promises you, Our Customer, that:
- We will put our customers first
- Our staff will always be polite, courteous and helpful
- We aim to reply to letters, emails and customer comments within 12 working days
- We will answer your calls as quickly as possible, our phone lines are open from 8.30 am to 4.50 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- We will actively consult with our customers, welcoming comments, feedback and suggestions as we are continually aiming to improve our services
- All of our coaching staff are qualified, checked by the Criminal Records Bureau and are easily identified by their uniforms
- All of our sports courses will be staffed according to governing body recommended ratios
- We will provide all of our customers with a safe, clean environment (in accordance with health & safety policies)
- We aim to provide equal access to our services for all customers regardless of circumstance
We will actively adhere to our Child Protection Policy in regards to the safety of all children and vulnerable adults using our service
