A Walk in the Park

A walk in the park logo

Lenton Recreation GroundWalking has been called the perfect exercise and has now emerged as the most popular recreational activity for people in England.  With this in mind we have created a selection of walks in four of the city's parks and open spaces.

These walking routes have been designed with health in mind, offering you the opportunity to improve both physical and mental wellbeing in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.  The walks also enable people to discover more about Nottingham's parks, local history and wildlife.

The walks range from easy, short distances to more difficult and strenuous; enabling you to choose which walk best suits you.
