You can ask for books or other items to be obtained for you if they are not immediately available - there may be a small charge for this service.

You can check our on-line catalogue for items which we stock and reserve them for yourself online - you will need to know your library membership number and PIN. You will be able to choose which library to have the items delivered to for you to collect.

You can also request items which are not in our catalogue and we will do our best to obtain them for you. We may have to use the inter-library loan procedure whereby we obtain items from other library services for you to borrow ; there may be a small charge for this service.

You will need to contact one of our libraries to do this; if you are a library member this can be done by telephone or electronically, otherwise you will have to visit a library to join first.
