The Central Library holds hundreds of events every year, including exhibitions and displays, talks and meetings; most of these are open to all. Our meeting rooms can also be hired by local organisations for their own private events.

You will also find displays throughout the library, some by outside organisations and some by library staff to highlight particular subjects or stock areas.
