The community exhibition area is on the first floor of the Central Library. It occupies an 'L'-shaped space with 5 individual boards; each one is 91cm wide by 198 cm high.

Items must only be attached to the boards with self adhesive 'Velcro' (to be supplied by the exhibitor). Please do not use blu-tac, pins or sticky tape. It may be possible to arrange for a table or display case.

The area may be booked in weekly slots for a maximum of two weeks from Monday mornings at 9.30am until Saturdays at 1.00pm. Bookings may be limited to one, per group, per year.

Owing to the great demand for this service, should an exhibitor fail to arrive or contact the library by 7.00pm on the first day of the booking the slot may be allocated to another group at the discretion of the library staff.
