The Central Library has a variety of rooms and spaces which can be used to house meetings, both during library opening hours and in the evenings.

• Cecil Roberts Room - a large meeting room, capable of holding 60 people, with facilities for computers, data projectors, etc.
• Training Room - a fully-equipped training room for up to 15 people, with 10 computers, whiteboard, data projection facilities, etc.

Other spaces are available, some with an informal setting; refreshments can usually be provided for meetings.

There is a dedicated exhibition space available within the Central Library for use by individuals and/or local community groups. Displays can also be mounted throughout the library; if you would like to put up a small-scale display, please contact our Administration section.
