Ladies only

A weekly pay-as-you-go swimming course for women only is running at Noel Street Leisure Centre on Mondays. Sessions run from 11.00am to noon and cost £2.65 each. More information from Noel Street Leisure Centre - 0115 915 1545.

New gym equipment
Three Life Cycles, a Treadmill and a Concept 2 Rower have been added to extend the range of equipment in the gym.

Ladies only
New recreational swimming sessions for women and girls are being held in the teaching pool at Noel Street Leisure Centre, New Basford, each Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. The pool boasts a tropical water temperature of 31 degrees C and a maximum water depth of just 1m. A female lifeguard will be on duty, and blinds block the view from outside. The cost is £2 for adults and £1 for under 16s, with reductions for Citycard holders.
