We understand what children want and have designed a brand new range of fun and exciting activities filled with lots of adventure.

Our 10 leisure centre venues provide fully inclusive, strees free party packages which include a range of wet and dry activities for children of all ages to enjoy.  You can tailor your party to suit your budget, while we tailor specific activities so that your child gets the most out of their party.

Choose from a hosted party, un-supervised party or coached party (only available at Nottingham Tennis Centre) experience.

What's included?

All party packages are for a minimum of 12 children up to a maximum of 25 children and include:

• Up to 1 hour of activities
• 45 minutes in the party room for eating and games
• Party tea room or area with stereo provided (table cloths supplied)
• Hot or cold party food and drink (catering sites only)
• Name stickers for all children
• Birthday certificates and present for the party child (choice of either camera, chalk board or ink pad)
• Preparation and cleaning

Party Extras

Compliment your party with our selection of party extras.  We offer products to decorate your party room and a choice of gift for the birthday child's friend to take away.

• Punching balloons: 10p each
• Blowers (12 maximum): 60p per pack
• Streamers (pack of 6): 25p per pack
• Party bags - 2 choices available A £1.20, B £1.70

Party Food and Drink

Cold food menu: Choice of sandwiches: cheese, egg mayo and  ham.  All served with a sausage roll, packet of crisps, ice cream and  unlimited squash.

Hot food menu: Choice of: burgers, chicken breast nuggets, fish fingers, veggie nuggets and jacket potato with cheese or beans.  All served with fries, ice cream and unlimited squash.

• All special dietary requirements catered for - please ask when booking
• We do not provide birthday cakes but you are welcome to bring your own (we can provide a knife for the cutting of the cake)
• Non catering sites offer party room or space for customers to bring in their own food

How to book your party

All you need to do is...

• Choose your party experience and activity
• Decide on how many friends you wish to invite
• Telephone or visit the appropriate leisure centre to find out availability
• Pick up a booking form from the centre, return this along with full payment no later than 2 weeks before your pary booking date (your party can only be reserved for you on payment.  Provisional bookings will remain on the booking system for two weeks from first enquiry.  Booking confirmation will be sent to you within seven days).
• Send or bring in your menu card two weeks before the party date so we can ensure the children receive the food they wish
• Please note we will not be able to change food choices on the day
• Any extra children must be paid for seven days before the party date (unfortuantely we will only be able to cater for 3 extra children on the day)
• On your party day, report to reception on arrival

Additional Information

• A CD/cassette player is available if you would like to bring your own music
• If you  have any special needs or requests, please ask our staff when booking your party who will be happy to help
• All water based parties include the provision of a fully qualified lifeguard to ensure your party is safe and enjoyable
• Minimum/maximum numbers apply to each activity
• Age and height restriction apply to certain activities
• Children under the age of 8 attending splash parties must be accompanied by an adult in the water on a ratio of one adult to two children
• Full payment for the party is required when you return your booking details form
• In the case of a cancellation full payment will only be returned if we receive a minimum of 7 days written notification of cancellation
• We will not refund payment for children who do not attend the party
• Permission to use cameras and camcorders must be sought from the Centre Manager prior to the party
• Children aged 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on a ratio of one adult to 2 children
• Please note that the programme is subject to change and that centre regulations apply
