Come and work out in our virtual world

Use your speed and stamina to zap lights, your body movement to control games and your feet to go crazy on the dance mats.

swat rock is a greaty way to have fun in an exciting and interactive environment.  The virtual gym includes:

Sports Wall
The sports wall combines computer game play with a cardio-vascular workout, offering hundreds of game combination.  Players score against the clock by zapping lights on the panels, tracking balls, targets and sounds and earning extra points for skill, speed, stamina and team work.

The wall can also be used to improve skills in a variety of sports including netball for passing, shooting, running and teamwork, and cricket for batting and bowling.

Dance Mats
Play against your friends on this multi player dance system.  Choose from a variety of challenging levels and songs to create your perfect dance off!  This is a great way to get fit and healthy whilst having a whole lot of fun.

Exer Stations
If you like computer games, you'll love the exer stations.  The game controller looks and works just like a typical Playstation console, but the controller uses your body movments to control the game instead of your thumbs.  

The exer stations develop upper and lower body strength, and you'll be so involved in playing the game, you won't even realise you're working out!

The swat rock brand and gym interior has been created by Large Creative as part of Nottingham City Council's Transformation Programme which invests in the repair and redevelopment of the City Council's leisure centres.  swat rock is also supported by Clifton Children's Centre.
