Welcome to the Housing Investment Programme for 2004-5.

The Housing Investment Submission is an annual bid to the Government for financial resources. The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister prescribes the format and content for the submission and this currently consists of a Housing Strategy for the Authority, a Housing Revenue Account Business Plan together with separate Statistical Appendices for both the Strategy and the Business Plan. Since energy conservation is integral to the City’s Housing Strategy an annual progress report on achieving the Home Energy Conservation Act targets is included for completeness.

The document has been broken up into sections to help the items download more quickly and is available in two formats - either in .pdf format or in Word. The statistical appendices are available in Excel only.
