Adaptations and Improvements

The City Council runs a number of schemes and grants for both their council tenants and people who own their homes to have them adapted or improved.

Not everyone will qualify to have work done. Take a look on the right at the different sorts of adaptations and grants we offer to see if you do.

Repairs

This service is run by Nottingham City Homes for all of its tenants.
Contact the Call Centre on 0115 915 2222 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

You can also report your repairs on their Internet site.

Information that will be useful for you to have available:

• your name, address and a daytime phone number
• as much detail about the repair as possible
• access details to allow an assessment of repairs or to carry out work
