To claim Housing or Council Tax Benefit (or both) you can download a Benefit Claim Form. Once you have filled in the form, send it back to us as soon as possible.
NOTE: The claim form has been designed to be easy for you to fill in. It may seem long but we have to ask a lot of questions to make sure that everyone who claims gets the right amount of benefit. You will not need to fill in every section of the form - it depends on your situation.
