Advice Sessions

Appointments: Mon-Fri - 9.30 am - 1.30 pm

Drop-in Sessions: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and, for families with children under 5 on Thursday afternoons 1.00 - 3.00 pm at Southglade Access Centre (childcare available).

Areas of Work: General help with casework: Welfare Benefits and Debt.  General Help: Advice given on Employment, Consumer, Housing and Education.

Disabled Access: Limited wheelchair access. Access to toilets. Home visits for people unable to attend the office.

Quality Standards: Community Legal Services Quality Mark (general help with casework).
