The service is made up of various teams including Occupational Therapy, Independent Living Team, Day Services for Disabled People, Team for Visual Impairment, City Deaf Team and professional support links to the Disabled Children's Team.

The purpose of these services is to work in partnership with disabled people to assess their needs and provide services in a way that maximises independence, choice and social inclusion.
