Tariff of charges 2008/09 for Home Care and Direct Payments services

The following charges apply for Home Care and Direct Payments services in 2008/09: -

• A standard charge of £8.50 per hour
• This charge will only be payable by those whose assessed ‘Total Chargeable Income’ is sufficient to cover the charge and by service users with capital (excluding their home of residence) in excess of £22,250 or who have declined an assessment
• Maximum combined weekly charge for the detailed above is £75
