National Strategy Calls for Carers' Views

Carers are being asked to give their ideas about how health & social care policy can give them better support. The Dept of Health is leading the development of a national carers strategy. A new interactive public consultation includes a web-based 'Ideas Tree' where carers and members of the public can post their ideas for future change and comment on the views of others.

The process will last until the end of September and will feed into a series of task forces.
