Adult Services' Walk In Contact Point

Whether you’re fully fit or needing a little help, Nottingham City Council provides many care services for adults, including services for people in later life. The Adult Services’ Walk-in Contact Point provides an opportunity for people to find out more about the care services available to them.

Every Wednesday afternoon, members of the public are welcome to call into the City Council’s Customer Centre, situated next to the Guildhall building, where professional staff will be on hand to offer advice and support with their access to Adult Care Services. There is also provision to make appointments for any more complex issues.

  • Residential & Nursing Care Services
  • Self-directed Support
  • Continuing Care
  • Carer Support
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Care Alarms
  • Jack Dawe Service
  • Adaptations Service
