Local land and Property gazetteer

The LLPG team is responsible for the corporate co-ordination, implementation and dissemination strategy for the BS7666 compliant Local Land and Property Gazetteer (Master Address Database) throughout Nottingham City Council.
The LLPG has a pivotal role to play in enabling citizen interaction and the creation and management of information about places (BS7666) whilst at the same time being the springboard to further standardisation (BS8766 People) and modernisation
By providing a definitive index of addresses, through consistent collection and maintenance within local government, the LLPG will provide a referencing framework for joined up service delivery
The LLPG unique property reference number (UPRN) will be used as the common reference across disparate systems within Nottingham City Council and will increasingly be used by outside organisations both in the public and private sector when contacting respective councils.
