The planning process has a key role to play in delivering physical and social regeneration. Delivering successful regeneration is dependent on collaborative working, coordination and long term vision. Nottingham is now one of the select group of eight core cities from where the Government expects regional renaissaince to be led.
There are currently a number of regeneration intiatives taking place in Nottingham, including the City's 3 regeneration zones Southside, Waterside and Eastside (see link below), as well as a number of major projects including Jubilee Campus, Chettles Yard and the proposed Broad Marsh Centre.
