The Property Records team compiles and maintains records of all land and property ownership of the City Council. Details of purchases, sales, lettings, leases, licences, easements, wayleaves etc are all recorded and retained within the section. Plans are prepared for property transactions and other requirements. Queries from throughout the City Council and the public regarding land ownership and boundary responsibilities can be professionally resolved. Ordnance Survey plan printing and copyright advice together with information from historical OS material and ancient maps of the city can be provided. The Estate Rents team collect the rents of all commercial and industrial premises managed by Property Plus, Markets, Nottingham Business Centres and the Fashion Centre.
