From historical to brand new buildings, educational facilities to industrial units, the City Council is involved with buildings throughout the City.  

We design new facilities for schools or extensions to existing premises, manage the maintenance, inspection and efficient use of coucil buildings and let industrial units.

The council also operates Nottingham Property Plus, the business property arm of the council that provides an online database of available business property to let.
