There are many free leaflets and booklets that will help proprietors to not only keep within the law but also to provide a quality service to their customers. If you require information leaflets in languages other than English, contact us, we have copies of most of the available leaflets that we can send to you.

The advice and guidance is also free to the public who want to know more about our work, but due to our stock levels and workload we cannot provide multiple copies of documents and cannot provide information for students as part of their coursework.
