Response Times

We aim to respond to requests for treatment of:

• Rats in the home: the same day or next working day
• Rats seen outside the house: within three working days
• Mice in the home: within three working days
• Bedbugs, cockroaches or fleas: within five working days
• Wasps and bees: within 8 working days
