About our Pest Control Service
We expect to make 6000 visits this year to investigate pest problems.
As this is a big area of work, we are introducing this customer contract so that you know what service
you should get if you need our help.

We normally give you free advice on how to treat an
ant problem yourself. However, if we do the treatment ourselves we will do it within 15 working days
of your report.
We guarantee to make as many visits as necessary to make sure that the
problem has been cured.
Charges
We
will always undertake treatments for rats and mice in domestic premises
free of charge. However we do make a charge for the treatment of some insect pests, although persons
over the age of 65 years and anyone in receipt of an approved form of benefit are eligible for a service
at a reduced cost.
We will always advise you fully of the cost of any treatment before
we begin. Information regarding the cost of any treatment can be obtained by telephoning Nottingham
915 6123 or 915 6170.
If you would prefer to treat the problem yourself we will give you expert
advice on how to do it. We guarantee that there will be no charge for this advice.
How to contact us
If
you are not normally available during the day, we will make an appointment
to visit you on a particular morning or afternoon. We are sorry but we cannot normally make appointments
for a set time.
The Pest Control service is based at Lawrence House, Talbot Street,
Nottingham NG1 5NT. You can call us on 0115 915 6123. Our office opening hours are 8.30 am to 4.50 pm
Monday to Friday.
