Our Performance

We are constantly seeking to improve the level and quality of service we provide to residents in the City.

Each month we send over 10% of our customers where we have completed our investigations, a customer satisfaction questionnaire which we use to try and improve our responses to customer needs and improve the service. In 2006/7 over 80% of customers were satisfied. To see our customer satisfaction graphs please click here.

We also ask if customers are happy with the cost of the service which for 2006/7 was £2.45 when averaged over all the inhabitants of Nottingham City. Over 90% felt that we gave good value for money.

If you have had any contact with us and have not already been sent a satisfaction questionnaire and would like to help us to find out how you feel our service is running click on the link below. Please either post or e-mail the form back to us at public.health@nottinghamcity.gov.uk
