Going to School in Nottingham - Infant, Junior & Primary Admissions

The information in the following downloadable booklets will help you if your child or a child you care for is due to start school for the first time or changing from one stage of education to another.

They also tell you what you can expect from us, how we can help you and your child through the admission process and the rights you have as a parent/carer. These booklets also contain helpful facts, please keep them for reference.

2009/2010 School Year:

If you have a child who will be aged 4 between 1 September 2008 and 31 August 2009, you must register them for a school place now. You can contact any City infant or primary school or the Admissions and Exclusion Team to register your child. You will need to do this as soon as possible and before 31 October 2008 to ensure you receive an application pack on time.
