St Anns Housing Office

The Housing Office is situated on Robin Hood Chase among shops, a library, health centre, community centre and St Ann's advice centre. The office provides a full housing service including tenancy management.  Rent Account Managers help with rent payment issues.  You can make payments in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (telephone 0115 915 2222).

The office manages properties of varying types and build and has benefited from a number of improvement schemes over the years, particularly from government funding (SRB). Some properties are pre-war although most properties have been built since 1970 after large-scale slum clearance.
