The Bilborough Housing Office is situated about half way up Bracebridge Drive within a small group of local shops. The office provides a full housing service including tenancy management.  Rent Account Managers help with rent payment issues.  You can make payments in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (telephone 0115 915 2222).

Most properties in Bilborough are post-war and consist of family houses and a large number of bungalows, some built on the sites of prefabs.

The main areas covered by the office are:

• Beechdale
• Bilborough
• Lenton Abbey (part)
• Wollaton Vale
• Wollaton Park
• Fernwood
• Strelley
