Bestwood Housing Office

The office is situated near a small group of shops about half way down Beckhampton Road. The office provides a full housing service including tenancy management.  Rent Account Managers help with rent payment issues.  You can make payments in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (telephone 0115 915 2222).

The area covered by the Bestwood Office includes modernised pre-war properties in Edwards Lane, Sherwood and Heathfield and the post-war areas of Bestwood Park and Leen Valley. Properties are of mixed type but predominately feature family type accommodation and a number of flats.
