One Nottingham is a partnership of agencies including Nottingham City Council. Together, they work to create a Nottingham that we can be proud of.

In the spring, we want to publish our first Community Plan.  This plan won't just be words.  It will be a masterplan, pulling together the aspirations of all the organisations in Nottingham.  It will be put together by One Nottingham -a new partnership.

One big plan is desperately needed if we are to solve the big problems we all face.  We want a creative city where everyone can realise their ambitions, and where everyone is respected - and respects others.

Over the next month, we are asking everyone in Nottingham to spend a small amount of time on a simple questionnaire.  You can fill out the questionnaire online by logging onto the One Nottingham website or in the latest edition of Nottingham City Council's residents' magazine - The Arrow.

One Nottingham - One Plan 2006 – 2009

Just a few short weeks ago ‘One Nottingham’ was launched - our job, to build a real Partnership involving the citizen and institutions in Nottingham to attack inequality and deprivation in our City and renew our neighbourhoods.

The first thing we need is a plan of action, and this is our effort to kick this off.  Now it's up to you to read this and send me your views and amendments.  I will personally acknowledge and reply to every response.  The final version will be out in Spring 2006.
