The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005

Under the Regulations, Public Sector Information is defined as any information produced by a public sector body.

The Regulations aim to encourage the re-use of this public sector information.

In some cases, particularly where re-use of information is likely to be of commercial value, licences must be granted by Nottingham City Council before it may be re-used. There may be a charge for the issuing of a license.
