If you have a problem with goods or services, Trading Standards can help. We give advice and guidance, and where appropriate, we will negotiate with traders to find a fair solution. We help with problems with all consumer goods and services, including clothes, furniture, cars, computers, telephones, gas, electricity, insurance, banking, holidays and building work.
You can get advice by phone, email or face-to-face at our Advice Centre.
