Nottingham City Council is ambitious for the City of Nottingham and the people we serve. This Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) is not only a statement of our determination and focus on value for money, but also the fullest statement yet of the framework of our financial planning. Alongside the strategic service plans and other reforms within Serving Nottingham Better, the framework maximises our opportunity to achieve more through systematic ways of working.
