The European Regional Development Fund has provided £4 million for the development of Community Access Centres in Nottingham.  With other funding from Sure Start and East Midlands Development Agency, there is over £11 million available to build these state of the art learning facilities. open to anyone who wants to develop their skills and find routes into employment.  Centres are planned in Bestwood, Bulwell and Clifton.
