Between 1 April 2006 and 31 March 2007 questionnaires were sent to the proprietors of all the businesses which had been inspected by the team and the responses received indicated 100% satisfaction with the service provided.

Requests for help or advice on health and safety related problems are dealt with as promptly as possible. We sent questionnaires about our service to all those who had asked for the team’s services, and questionnaires returned indicated a 93% satisfaction rate.
