If you employ someone for over 21 hours per week you must register your business with your local Council or The Health and Safety Executive, which ever one is your is enforcing authority. This registration is free and to make us aware that you are out there.

Registration forms can be obtained free from your local authority (Ref. OSR1 revised edition) or from Health and Safety Executive books
