If you provide any massage/beauty treatments/sunbeds, etc, then you may need to be licensed with the City Council, in accordance with the Nottinghamshire County Council Act 1985.  This includes a wide range of treatments involving massage and/or heat, light or vapour and must be licensed with the Council.

The practitioner who provides the treatments at the premises must also be registered with the Council and checks are made to ensure the individuals hold the appropriate qualifications.
