Download Proof of Income Form  Use this form if you are unable to provide original proof of your earnings.

Download Proof of Rent Form  Use this form if you are a private tenant and are unable to provide original proof of rent.

Download Proof of Pension Form  Use this form if you are unable to provide original proof of a private pension.

Download Change of Address Form  Use this form if you are already claiming Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit and you have changed address.

Download Discretionary Housing Payments Form  We can pay additional money to increase Housing Benefit awards in exceptional circumstances. It can be awarded for a short period in order to allow you time to find alternative, cheaper accommodation.
