Housing Allocations
Nottingham City Homes acts on Nottingham City Council’s behalf in order to manage the Allocation Scheme, allocate Council homes and refer applicants to other local Registered Social Landlords.
The allocations policy groups people according to their housing need into 'bands'. Allocations are made in date order within these bands.
Click the links on this page for information on the Allocations Scheme and an application form. Please note unfortunately the application form cannot be electronically completed and returned. You can however download a copy, complete and return to your local Housing Office If you live outside the Nottingham City boundary, please return the form to the office in the area where you wish to move to.
