The Council will dispose of vehicles that have been abandoned and/or burnt out or in an otherwise dangerous condition.

A vehicle Amnesty Scheme is also offered whereby the Council will collect and dispose of unwanted vehicles free of charge. The owner will need to transfer ownership to the Council and will be responsible for informing the DVLA.
