Clifton Housing Office
The Housing Office is situated on Southchurch Drive, next door to the library and opposite a range of shops. It is close to the Green Lane Community Centre and Ruddington. The office provides a full housing management service and cash collection facilities. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (phone 0115 915 2222).
Clifton is a large purpose-built council housing estate situated to the south of the City of Nottingham. When it was built (1951-1955) it was the largest Council estate in Western Europe. The estate comprises of predominantly 2, 3 and 4 bed houses. Later additions to the stock included Southchurch Court, a high rise block built in the late 1960s and the Nobel Road estate built in the mid 1970s. There are also 6 warden-aided complexes built between 1970 and 1984. Owner occupation now makes up around 70% of the population.
Clifton Cornerstone is the name of the new multifunctional building incorporating local health centres, social services and the Clifton Area Committee Team. The Clifton Housing Office opened on 10th April 2006. Please take note of the new phone numbers and address shown below.

Lenton Housing Office
The office is located in the Lenton shopping arcade beneath Church Square. The office provides a full housing service including tenancy management. Rent Account Managers help with rent payment issues. You can make payments in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (telephone 0115 915 2222).
The office covers an area of diverse properties, ranging from pre-war family type accommodation to high-rise blocks. There are 5 high-rise blocks situated behind the Savoy cinema on Derby Road. Newgate Court provides sheltered housing for older people. The office also manages Carter Gate, near the Ice Arena, Cliff Road behind Broad Marsh and Canning Terrace and the estate surrounding Church Square. The Meadows and Abbey Bridge are also covered by this office.
