Nottingham Arrow - What's Hot... What's Not

Everyone
at Nottingham City Council wants to provide
you with good, value for money services which meet your needs as a local resident.
Most
of the time we hope we achieve this, but we know that an organisation serving 280,000 people can’t get
it right all of the time but can often provide excellent service. If you’ve experienced good or bad
service from the City Council recently, we want to know. One of the ways you can tell us is by
completing the form below.
Each month, City Council Leader, Jon Collins,
and Chief Executive, Michael Frater, will be selecting issues to follow up personally, looking into
the problem raised and what could be done to put it right or how we can learn from where we’re getting
it right. All other comments will be passed to the relevant Council team to look into.
We’ll
tell you what happened on our website and in each issue of the Arrow, the City Council's magazine for
residents, where we’ll also give you another chance to feed back
on what we’re getting right – or what we’re not.
Please tell us about one thing you think the City Council has got right recently - or one thing you think we could improve:
