The office is situated near a small group of shops about half way down Beckhampton Road. The office provides a full housing management service including a tenancy and cash collection service. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (phone 0115 915 2222).

The area covered by the Bestwood District Office includes modernised pre-war properties in Edwards Lane, Sherwood and Heathfield and the post-war areas of Bestwood Park and Leen Valley. Properties are of mixed type but predominately feature family type accommodation and a number of flats.

The office is situated in close proximity to Bulwell town centre which is close to the Robin Hood train line. Numerous bus routes also serve the area. The office provides a full housing service including tenancy management.  Rent Account Managers help with rent payment issues.  You can make payments in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (telephone 0115 915 2222).

The housing stock managed by the Bulwell Housing Office is varied and diverse, ranging from acquired (non-council built) houses in the Highbury Vale, Basford and Cinderhill Road areas to pre-war houses and flats in Old Highbury Vale. A number of purpose built bungalows and warden aided developments are situated near to Bulwell town centre and Snapewood. Post-war built flats and maisonettes are situated around St Albans Road and Basford.
