A better housing office reception coming your way soon!

Our reception improvement plans are now well underway.  We have been working behind the scenes for some time to improve the layout and create better reception facilities for all our customers, especially those who have difficulty getting into our offices.

The new reception area will feature automatic opening doors, lower counters, together with better seating and new interview rooms.  There will also be a children’s play area and new customer toilets.

St Anns was the first housing office to benefit from these works, followed by Bestwood and Services for Older People.  More offices will soon get their improvements.  This office will open on Monday 25th February 2008.

We can still be contacted by telephone during the closure on 915312.  Your Housing Patch Manager can still be contacted on the number above and will continue to visit customers in their homes.  Rent Payments can be made at any Nottingham City Homes Office or using the payment methods on the attached sheet

If you need an office appointment we will make an appointment to see you either in our Bilborough Office on Bracebridge Drive, or at any of the other Nottingham City Homes Offices - see left.  You can also call in at the Bilborough Housing Office if you wish to discuss an enquiry face to face with a member of our Customer Services Team.

Please bear with us during these works – we hope you will appreciate how much better they will be once the improvements have been carried out.
