The Hyson Green office will close permanently on Friday 6th June 2008. All business will be transferred to the Mary Potter Centre from Monday 9th June. The Radford office will also be rehoused here.  New contact details are as follows:

The office manages around 1,300 properties of varying types. These range from from studio apartments through 1-bed flats, maisonettes and family houses of varying age (eg. acquired, terraced housing and new build 1970s family accommodation and flats).

Private interview facilities are available at this office.

Radford and Hyson Green Housing Office

The office is situated in the brand new Mary Potter Centre on Gregory Boulevard in Hyson Green and has a car park. It is situated just off the crossroads with Radford Road and  is on the left hand side as you go towards Alfreton Road. The office provides a full housing service including tenancy management.  Rent Account Managers help with rent payment issues.  You can make payments in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. All repair requests are dealt with by the Repairs Call Centre (telephone 0115 915 2222). An induction loop is also fitted for customers with hearing difficulties.

The housing office manages around 3000 properties. The area is a mix of many types of properties. These range from from studio apartments through 1-bed flats, maisonettes and family houses of varying age (eg. acquired, terraced housing and new build 1970s family accommodation and flats).  New build programmes have also been carried out in Radford. In addition there are three high-rise blocks of flats and some sheltered accommodation for older people.
