Behind the Scenes of Nottingham in Bloom - Saturday 11th May 10am- 3pm
Come along to Woodthorpe Park for the chance to look round the plant nursery which is not usually open to the public. See where the half a million bedding plants are grown for the city's parks and traffic islands. There are lots of fun activities taking place such as: plant sales, plant workshops and lots of fun for all the family.
Wildlife in the City is an exciting project run by Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust & Nottingham City Council. 
The project offers the chance to discover and experience local wildlife & connect people with their local parks and wildlife sites to create lasting improvements to Nottingham city's green spaces. The project focuses on 10 green sites in Nottingham, within Aspley, Broxtowe, Bestwood, Bulwell, Clifton, The Meadows, and Sneinton.
