The Newstead Abbey Season Ticket makes an ideal gift!
Fantastic value for money, our electronic 'SMART' card season ticket is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and gives unlimited admission to the House and Gardens. (House opens: April - September).

Tuesday 1 April - Newstead Abbey House Re-opens
Normal admission charges apply
Times: 12 noon - 5.00 pm
The former ancestral home of the poet Lord Byron once again opens its doors for the house open season. Throughout the Summer visitors are invited to enjoy the beauty of this historic property, with its medieval cloisters, splendid Victorian room settings and fascinating collections of paintings and furniture.

Normal admission applies Times: 11.00 am - 3.00 pm
Come and have a go or see if you remember some of the games of yesteryear.

Sunday 10 August - Latin Party in the Park
Tickets: £12 in advance, £14 on the night
Times: 6.30 pm - 10.00 pm
Enjoy a summer's evening of live Latin and Salsa with the fabulous Cach'e seven piece band and dancers. The passion of the misic is infectious! From salsa, and the mambo, to rumba and the merengue. Cache' lead singer Felix Gonzalez is a born entertainer.

Summer Stage 2008:

Saturday 16 August - Pinocchio by Illyria
Tickets: Adults - £10, Concessions - £7, Family - £30 (2 adults & 2 children) - tickets available from the Royal Centre Box Office only on tel: 0115 895555
Gates open: 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm start
Enjoy illyria's magical production of the puppet that longer to be a real boy. A fabulous family outdoor theatre show.

See many exhibitors, from wedding cars to wedding cakes! A valuable event for brides and grooms-to-be and their families as they seek out suppliers for their special day.

Sunday 26 - Friday 31 October 2008 - Children's Halloween Bone Hunt in gardens
Times: 10.00 am - 2.00 pm
50p to enter the hunt, pick up your entry form from the patrol office (normal admission to the gardens applies).
