served by Police for not wearing seat belts; 1 prosecution for carrying waste without a valid licence
(already prosecuted earlier this year); 4 waste carrier investigations (notices served to produce documentation);
3 advice letters and application packs given regarding carrying waste; 3 VOSA prohibitions served for

Cllr Katrina Bull, Portfolio Holder for Environment and Climate
Change at Nottingham City Council said: The intention of the operation is to prevent and detect crime,
disrupt criminal activities and to seize vehicles to deny criminals the use of roads. This has been the sixth operation this year and we are pleased with the results and hope this kind of
activity deters any rogue motorists which continue to flout the law.
